Submit a beneficiary proposal

Do you represent a charity and would like to be considered as a future Xavier Dinner beneficiary? Please read the below carefully and contact us if you require any further information.

What to include in your proposal

If you would like to submit a proposal to the Xavier Management Committee to be considered as a beneficiary for the next Xavier Charity Stag Dinner, please email or post your proposal to the below address amd include the following information:

  • Description of charity

  • Total running costs – last year and budget for this year

  • Total funds raised – last year and budget for this year

  • Approximate break up of where funding has come from i.e. Government, Private donations, Fund raising activities, Corporate donations

  • Percentage of total expenditure on Wages & Admin vs charity support

  • Goals for each charity for the financial year

  • How would the charity spend the money raised from the dinner if Xavier chose them? We need specific details so we can disclose that to our patrons when selling tickets

  • Guest Speaker for the dinner – are you able to suggest or assist us in securing a guest speaker? This is always the toughest job each year. The guest speaker really drives the whole event, timing, success or not, etc.

Also, please feel free to supply any additional information you see fit to promote the charity for the dinner. The beneficiary for the dinner is normally chosen about 6 months prior to the dinner.
