What to include in your proposal
If you would like to submit a proposal to the Xavier Management Committee to be considered as a beneficiary for the next Xavier Charity Stag Dinner, please email or post your proposal to the below address and include the following information:

Brief description of organisation's mission and work.
INCOME DISTRIBTION
Current ratio of administrative costs to charitable work.
TOTAL
RUNNING COSTS
Last years budget and current budget goals.
CHARITY
OBJECTIVES
Key goals and targets for upcoming period.
TOTAL
FUNDS RAISED
Last year and budget for this year.
DONATION
UTILISATION
Please provide specific details on how our donation will be used.
FUNDING
SOURCE
Breakdown of government, private, corporate and fundraising income.
GUEST SPEAKER CONTACTS
The guest speaker can drive the whole event. Please let us know if you can help securing one.
Also, please feel free to supply any additional information you see fit to promote the charity for the dinner. The beneficiary for the dinner is normally chosen about 6 months prior to the dinner.
